Great bank!
We love the convenience of online banking but we also love the people at our branch in Theodosia. They always take great care of us!
Irritated and disappointed2
Worse bank ever
I had my checking account set up to where if there was no money in the account then nothing was to be paid no overdraft then I receive a letter stating that I had an overdraft I owed plus a $38 fee I went in and again had them remove an $800 overdraft protection that I did not want again stating if the money wasn’t there then it didn’t come out so I would not have any overdraft fees. About 2 months later I receive a letter stating I had a returned payment and in insufficient funds fee if $30 witch they removed from my account right away which caused several other charges that were made on my debit card were all returned for insufficient funds each with a $30 fee none of which would have happened if they had not removed the $30 fee from my account leaving my account in a negative balance of almost $200 when I contacted the main office they refused to fix the problem if I had had overdraft protection they would have paid any payments and charged me a fee later
