Inexcusably awful at any price
This app is so poorly, sloppily built it is almost certainly in violation of the app store’s policies. If a trade show requires you to purchase this (likely for hundreds of dollars), you should be prepared for irritation and disappointment. If you are a trade show considering this app, understand it will be a bad mark on your own reputation and a negative for any of your exhibitors. I honestly question the essential competence of a trade show organization that would offer this to its customers. The UI is incomprehensibly poor - everyone at the show was struggling just to capture and export leads. The show needed a dedicated technical support desk just to explain what should be an extremely simple app. The key buttons have no icons and are literally labeled “Item 1”, “Item 2,” “Item 3”. If I saw this as a semester project from a second year engineering student I would grade it a D. Instead I was forced to pay hundreds of dollars just to be forced to use it to access our leads at a show.
