Like Apple. Then
When Apple (computers) came to be, they were very intuitive. What was next was what the customer would naturally do/think next. Right now Marblhead Bank seems like that. It’s an easy app to work with. You don’t think about what’s next because it’s obvious. Nice smooth flow through all my banking needs. Simple. Please keep it intuitive I don’t think any of us ever wanted to be a software engineer so that we could pay a bill or check up balance online.

Don’t love it
Miss the ease of the old format. It wasn’t as fussy to navigate, I could transfer funds from my personal accounts to my Home Equity, it was formatted to work on a phone and on my iPad whereas the new one only works in portrait mode. It’s just not as easy to use.
