The worst app ever
I regret my inability to give this app a zero or even negative star rating. This portal is a maddening nightmare that is far from user friendly. I have never experienced such a terrible app that resists sending or receiving messages, downloading or receiving information, or locating appointments. I have spent far too much of my valuable time struggling with it. In my opinion, it should be completely revamped or replaced.

Tell you clinic not to use this trash
The app offers no support, you are forced to contact the medical office who in turn must contact the software/service vendor for support which they never receive. If your office is considering this product DO NOT as this product is so flawed and poorly supported that you will loose clients, billable hours and more. I’ve been out of the EMR industry for years but this company takes the cake in poor service.
