Honest review
I’m sure my review will be deleted, but i had an issue with the authenticity of a pair of shoes that I purchased, which I should’ve been more weary of considering all of the bad reviews on various social media platforms. But I had one successful purchase and thought I would the second time. I reached out for help and it took three emailed for them to finally respond. Once they did I didn’t hear back for 3 weeks, until I decided to use the message line. Within 15 minutes the came to a “conclusion” that they were authentic. I found this odd considering I reached out weeks ago and never heard anything back and they “knew” exactly what purchase I was referring to without any of that information. Moral of the story I will not order from them again.

App is horrible
The app needs work- the search function is horrendous and inaccurate, providing results with no association to specific brands or key words. The check out section also malfunctions, as in I can’t enter my credit card info through the app. The “obsessions” link also frequently shows only a couple of the items previously selected until you reset. As a buyer, there are definitely good deals to be had. I did not like my seller experience. I wish the clothing items provided accurate sizing, especially when the label is intact.
