Primary account holder only
I want to like this app, but because of the fact that only the primary account holder can use the application it’s pretty average. Quite frankly it’s amazing that you would bring out an application like this that clearly caters to singles only and not families. You can do better HCF!

Hopeless direct debit system
My bank changed my credit card due to scam. For 11 months I have been trying to get HCF to direct debit my new card. EVERY month for 11 months I get a message saying I am behind on payment. EVERY month I call to pay and am assured next month there won’t be issue. Driven me nuts. Will go to another provider. VERY frustrated. Member for 15years. Do not recommend HCF.
