لم يحل الخلل في بطاقة اكتساب
لا يمكن إضافة بطاقة اكتساب إلى تطبيق المحفظة وقد تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وكان ردهم ينم على عدم الاحترافية والفهم بأن الرد كان أن أفتح التطبيق كل مرة عند الكاشير وهذا الاقتراح يسبب إرباك وتأخير للزبائن وإحراج لنا بسبب التأخير لذا نرجو سرعة حل مشكلة المحفظة. وفي حال تم حل المشكلة نعدكم بتقييم أفضل
