Too many screens
I thought I completed an order, but there was still a required final screen I didn’t realize. The order never went through. This was a lost sale caused by an overlong checkout. If a customer believes they’re done, the order should already be complete. It’s become a systemic problem.

Came at around 7pm to get shroomami for take out, but when I came home to eat it, the meal was not shroomami at all but a salad that’s been substituted with chicken, sweet potatoes and apples, ingredients I was not asked to substitute. I am vegetarian so I had to take the chicken out! Very disappointed
