Cannot get Account
Don’t waste your time trying to get an account. The process fails out for foreigners whether from the app or from the mobile website. The app just gives an error box. The website lets you pick the US country code (1), but the shows an American flag next to the code 39.

Does not work - waste of time. Bring coins for parking meters
I downloaded the app to pay for parking in Sardinia. Unfortunately, I could not create an account. I wasted over an hour trying to create an account. Other people trying to pay for parking were having a similar experience at the same time. We were late for our activity and nearly missed our tour. The local tour guide was eventually able to create an account from her phone with her credentials and helped us pay for the parking for the day. I tried to create the account with different email addresses and phone numbers but nothing worked. I received error messages that said I couldn’t use my phone number because it was already in use. But when I tried to request a password reset the error message said I didn’t have an account.
