Needs more options, needs more security on the back end where I don’t have to change my password so much. Need a better customer service who are tech savvy rather than tell me “it is what it is and we can help you or do anything about your problem.”Get an account with another bank and compare your app to it! This app is 1990’s internet dial up!

Notifications not working
The app is ok for a bank app, but they got rid of or broke the notifications. The app used to send notifications on every transaction when I had that setting turned on. Now it no longer sends the notifications through the app. The new setting say they send it through email or text, but the email doesn’t work at least for the every transaction option and getting notifications from texts could mess with people’s phone plans.
