Historically decent, terrible update maintenance
This app has historically been pretty reliable but a few of the recent updates have complicated its functionality unnecessarily. Most recently, there’s been “required information” features added to the request submission process (for pothole repairs, for example). The problem is that there is nowhere to actually submit that required information and therefore submissions can’t be made 🧠🧠🧠

This app is an unacceptable quality in 2022
This app is not good enough for a city the size of Asheville with a budget for software. Photos don’t upload consistently. The iPhone app is buggy and parts of the screen turn gray when scrolling. I could not get a photo to upload using the web version of the app. Please shop this to a new vendor.
