Poor customer service
It is not your employees that deserve this poor rating, it is your policies. Charging for inactivity, regardless of automatic deposits, reeks of a greedy policy. My partner says that Key Bank doesn’t charge for inactivity. Also, your system is set up so that our password expires every 6 months regardless of other measures like your security questions and facial recognition. Unlike other financial institutions, you do not notify when passwords need to be changed. Where is the customer service here? I have 6 other financial accounts in the U.S. and none of them go to these unfriendly customer service measures. Poor service.
