I expect better
Wow. A first grader who can barely count to one hundred would be able to design and create an app better than this. It does not work, period. I contacted digital support MONTHS ago, and was told it was a “glitch” and that they were working on it…. Really? A “glitch” and it takes this much time to, what — Not solve the problem…? I work in a hospital, and ANY computer issues are solved within hours, or less. How is my little independent hospital able to employ a better tech team than this gigantic national organization? Ridiculous. Makes me wonder who’s in charge and whether I should donate my funds to organizations that won’t get bogged down by something this trivial. If something this petty is insurmountable for this organization, then how difficult is it to tackle serious issues, like our 2A rights? This has me so concerned for the bigger picture.
