I Would Like This A Lot More If...
I like the app. It is a little clunky but it works. I would like it a whole lot more if they just added a feature to save my meal. If I make a meal that meets the requirements and I enter it, I want to be able to save that meal so that I don't have to enter it item by item every single time I eat that meal. If I could save a meal bank for each phase that I could then go in and click if I was going ti eat that again and it would automatically check all the boxes for chicken, brown rice, tomatoes, etc, I would be super happy and give it 5 stars. As it is, I am just slightly annoyed and give it three. ETA: I also wish it had a graph that tracked weight.

Just WOW!
I stumbled across this three years ago. I was overweight and my husband was dangerously overweight with type two and other maladies exacerbated by the poor way that he ate. I've had to be more careful about things I ate due to Crohn's and a stenosis in the gut where they removed a portion and put me back together. But we were both in need. I showed him the article which I probably found in a woman's day magazine. I was shocked when he told me he believes he could do this. Together we lost a ton of weight. Life happened and we derailed due to family death and sale of home and a huge move which caused less time to cook and pay attention to our bodies. I lost my hubby in May, I continued to lose weight but I've put on about eight pesky pounds and I need to eat better so I'm starting this again. I can't say ENOUGH about the energy we had during the months that we followed this plan. From the bottom of my heart I thank you. It's simple to follow and though there are a couple days where your mind thinks you're depriving yourself, the other five days make up for it. If you want to lose it, this IS the key. Tricking your metabolism. Don't go your whole life feeling miserable and not liking how you look like in the mirror. I was old when I started this. I regret not learning about it years ago. This is it and it was inexpensive. You feel a difference from week one and it only gets better. Highly recommend!!
