Fine Rental, Very Misleading Membership
The rental experience itself was fine, but the EagleRider Club membership structure is extremely misleading. The pricing is advertised as “$49 per month for silver ,” which strongly implies a cancellable monthly subscription. In reality, it is a locked 12-month contract that cannot be canceled once started. I only used the membership once and immediately tried to cancel, only to find out I was committed for the entire year. This is not transparent pricing and feels intentionally designed to confuse customers. If you are considering the Club membership, read every line carefully — it is not flexible at all. I would not recommend the membership unless you are 100% sure you need a full year.
