Great until you have to update your payment method
I have gone round and round with this company trying to update my autoship payment method, and you would think it was the most complicated request in the world. I was really happy with their prices and happier to not be giving my money to Amazon, but the chatbot customer service and autopay issue have forced me to buy elsewhere.

Awesome!
The only other company I was impressed with was Puritan Pride which used to be for old people or people who didn’t or couldn’t get out to shop for health products. Now a lot more people; young and old have caught on because Puritan Pride has their own quality products and they are very customer oriented. Well I am very impressed with iHerb. They are really putting a lot of effort into connecting with their customers. Also, what’s even more impressive is that they offer some top named brands and offer amazing discounts, sales and incentives. Oh and iherb is available in many countries. I was able to buy online and get cheap deliveries while living in three different countries . So yes I will continue to shop at iherb , wherever I am.
