Pretty useless
UPDATE Nov. 2025 : STILL USELESS for accessing the Reimbursement Center, yet it’s got a full page in my Open Enrollment booklet promoting how wonderful it is. Well, I need someone to contact me, Please! ********* All I want from this app is to see the status of my reimbursement claim. Nope. That link does not work, I get an error message saying network connection has been lost. Then even trying to get app support, that link takes me to their generic webpage where I guess I’m expected to search for how to contact them. This app is a total waste of my time.
