VHA First Care Responder

The First Care Responder Bleeding Control Application is as an educational training web-based module to ensure that VA staff personnel are adequately trained in the application of bleeding control measures including assessing for proper scene safety, use of personal protective equipment, correct pressure dressing application, and the appropriate placement and use of a tourniquet.
