ExerciseRx was developed to support increasing physical activity for health. The platform tailors goals, identifies barriers and facilitators to activity, provides motivational nudges, and connection to the healthcare team. The physical activity patterns are connected to a provider dashboard. Currently an ExerciseRx user code is required to activate the account.
