RPRA HazTrack enables generators, carriers, and receivers to create, update, and complete manifests for the movement of hazardous and liquid industrial wastes in compliance with Ontario’s manifesting requirements under Ontario Regulation 347.

a. Generators, carriers and receivers are guided through easy and simple steps needed to successfully create a manifest
b. Add registered generator, waste stream, carrier and receiver information from the Registry
c. Offers ‘Copy Manifest’ functionality to easily create a new manifest from an existing manifest's details, which saves time and effort.
d. Add multiple carriers using a feature to upload an image of the Multiple Carrier Form.
2. Sign manifests
a. Easily sign a manifest before it ships, on completion, and approve corrections
b. Generators have the option to sign the manifest on the carrier's mobile device without logging in, saving time and avoiding adding multiple users to the system
c. Generators and carriers can sign off on corrections to waste information made by the receiver.
3. Track manifests
a. Easily understood and clearly displayed status allows users to view the shipment’s progress throughout the manifesting process
b. All activities are logged with a time stamp on the manifest overview page.
4. Accept or refuse waste
a. Receivers can make decisions for each waste stream before completing the manifest, including accepting, refusing, partially refusing, and making corrections
5. Seamlessly integrate with the Hazardous Waste Registry
a. Information inputted into the app is automatically uploaded to the Hazardous Waste Registry
b. Information in the Registry is automatically made available in the app
c. If a manifest is initiated on the Registry it can be completed in the app, and vice versa
d. Use the app offline, and data will get uploaded to the Registry the next time you have a connection
