About My T.H. 311+
The City of Terre Haute has created the 311 Citizen Contact Center to assist you in reporting any non-emergency service requests to city government or to request general local government information.
We have operators available to take your calls in the Citizen Contact Center weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the exception of being closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm daily. We're also closed for holidays.

Does not work
I downloaded the app to do requests and it just takes you to a blank page … it’s not even halfway finished. It’s like someone thought it would be a good idea m, but has no actual skill set to complete the job. Very indicative of terre haute government
