Pick a photo representing your today and write on it what you're grateful for in your daily life. Remember that “Gratitude is sought, not given.” and “we’re not grateful because we're happy, but we're happy because we're grateful”.
Reading is the life-enriching investment.
Try to read at least one page, and just record how many pages you read. Also, record the thoughts that come to mind as you read, the phrases you want to remember, and the subheadings you read today. Exercise is the first duty to my body.
You don't need start too big. Right now, do just one "push-up" or "squat" and then record it. And, tomorrow, look at what you've done today and do one more than you did today. Then again,100 times will be possible.

Make a list to check off the habits you want to make yours in advance. You can create a list for each day of the week, add a URL link to open it directly, or include a note for the day.
With your today records, you can combine four records into a single photo, or you can make it into individual photos, and you can see various statistics, and you can make video reports over a period of time. And there’s many other features. These outputs can be saved or used on social media.
