User friendly

The programming is straightforward, as long as you has the ability to understand simple concepts. My biggest complaint is that the unit disconnects from Bluetooth every time you close the app and the way to fix it is to delete and then redownload the app so you can ‘discover’ the device again, so it will respond.

Time Zone???

The app works, but apparently, the time zone does not match the local time zone. Today is Sunday where I’m at and the schedule wouldn’t work unless I added Monday to the schedule.

Language

This app is not user friendly. It’s in Japanese or Chinese. Even naming the device is in Japanese. It won’t allow me to use English. The times for scenting are also not user friendly

suddenly can’t find device

previous version had a terrible UI, but it worked just fine. but new version is useless and won’t even find the device. please fix asap.

Diffuser

Stopped working after 4 mos. Loses connection to internet if u close out the app.
