"Wisdom of the Day" provides a daily dose of inspiration and wisdom to help keep you motivated and on track toward achieving your goals with exciting topics ranging from personal growth and development to health and wellness. "Wisdom of the Day" is only visible after the habit is marked as done.
HOW TO form a new habit with the Habster app:
Step 1. Choose a habit that you will have to train. Use your habits towards your goals and the things that motivate you. Don't try to completely change your life in one day. Focus on one new habit.
Step 2. Choose a mode - a limited time of 28 days or any period.
Step 3. Allow notifications. In this case, you will receive daily inspirational statements about your habit. You can also set up your own reminders that will trigger you to complete the practice. Place reminders to execute your practice daily, or you might miss a few days.
Step 4. Remember to mark the habit as completed. We also recommend tracking progress and reflecting in the Diary.
