iCare by Forum

iCare is an app for hospitals to manage employee and patients requests, complaints and suggestions. This mobile app interface helps staff that are in the field access the requests assigned to them and update their status.

iCare app is tightly integrated with WhatsApp, where in requests from patients and employees sent via WhatsApp are interpreted by our AI agent and assigned to the right department for further action. Using the app, the department staff can update the status of the request, or forward to another employee and eventually once the request is addressed, mark it as resolved.
