How to use Zalon platform (Which is only available for Salon Owners and Beauty Parlors):
Step 1: Contact Zalon team (Email at connect@zalon.in or more contact information available on Zalon.in at : https://zalon.in/#/contact-us)
Step 2: Zalon team will personally meet you and register you on the platform, if you are in an area where Zalon is currently serving.
Step 3: After the registration by Zalon team, please download the Zalon Application on your mobile device through App store or Play store.
Step 4: Login on the application using mobile number and OTP sent by the Zalon platform on your cellphone.
Step 5: Navigate the various products placed in different categories (like HairCare, SkinCare, Tools, Facials etc), check the exclusive deals and discounts, which are only available for Zalon's registered clients and add the items in the cart to buy.
Step 6: Go to Cart and check out to complete the order.
Step 7: You will see a list of time schedules on when would you like the products to be delivered at your salon. Select the preferred time slot.
Step 8: If you have any discount codes, credits, loyalty points, money from item returns with particular products/brands, you can add them to redeem the offer and adjust your bill amount.
Step 9: Choose from Razorpay online payment option or select Cash on Delivery (COD) as per your preference.
Step 10: Your order is placed.
Step 11. You would get contacted by Zalon team shortly after about the delivery of the order.
