- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

Stopped working, no response to my email
Update 08/29/2025 I finally got a reply to my email a few days after sending it. The support team is very courteous, and offered many possible solutions, none of which worked. I just tried disabling my VPN (which has never been a problem before) and that allowed the app to start. I generally think the app works well, but I am leaving it at 4 stars because I don’t think a VPN should interfere with an app, and had I had a very time sensitive issue with one of the accounts I use this app for, the length of time it took them to respond could have been very problematic. —————————————————- Up until my most recent iPhone update, the app worked fine. But now it won’t load past the launch page. I paid for a lifetime premium subscription, so payment shouldn’t be the problem. I read some reviews here and saw their response with the support email address, so I emailed them. So far, radio silence. It’s going to be a royal pain trying to log into the sites I used this app for, and change them to a different Authenticator. I am not pleased.

No support for phone upgrade restoring
Used this app for a year without fail, but then upon upgrading my iPhone the app would not restore itself despite my having paid for a lifetime subscription. After no response to online emails asking repeatedly for support, I gave up and found another authenticator.
