What Happened !
What happened to the old design and functions of both the app and the watch? What’s the point of a watch that’s not going to get any of my notifications from my phone other than phone calls? Why can’t I get my text or app notifications anymore ? Why was the app changed so drastically? My previous watch died and I went a few months to a year in between and now the watch and app is ruined ! Also ! If I happen to leave my watch and my phone tracks my steps why don’t they sync and show my steps from the phone if I have the app permission to read my health app? It’s pointless. Might as well have an Apple Watch !

Several problems
The only metrics I see in Apple health are step count and heart rate. The watch seems to work fine bit something is not right with the app. After some time, weather did work. I don’t know what exactly got it working. Clicking on the various progress rings always shows the step count. I would think it would tell you about the particular goal you clicked on instead.
