Quality has gone down
I’ve been using purple carrot for years now. Really like the recipes as it’s hard to find good vegetarian options in these meal delivery kit things. They used to give you a credit when they forgot ingredients but it’s gotten smaller over the years. They never included salt/pepper/veg oil which is fine but recently i got a recipe where they said to use my own vegan butter which they always provided before. Another recipe which had good sticky rice before and now they send me a microwave bag of rice. Lots of little things that it seems like they’re cutting corners on and it adds up to not feeling like the $13/serving is really worth it anymore.

Not Vegan, but know it’s good for you. Sooooo many options to choose from - I’ve had some of the premade meals and they are out of this world delicious and easy to make. I suggest using Oven instead of Microwave for best taste.
