The ADCOLOR Conference, the premier diversity gathering for professionals at all levels, is back in person for the first time since 2019.
As an organization, the last two years forced us to evolve faster than we knew was possible, and we are extremely proud of how we overcame the challenges they presented. By creating a virtual experience, we were able to offer a historic amount of content and reached a much wider, global community than ever before. Our attendees brought an energy that was palpable even through a screen.
Now, in 2022, we are thrilled to bring our community back together in L.A. on November 17 – 20. The theme for this year’s conference, “Still Rising”, is about building on the momentum of the DE&I investments and the progress we have seen over the last two years. We’ve defied odds, reshaped industries and affirmed the need for inclusion every single day. This journey can be tiring, but the biggest threat to progress and further excellence is complacency.
ADCOLOR 2022 will help maintain the momentum by creating an inspiring and energizing conference that celebrates the wins of the past while providing tools for continued success.
