About PowHerFit
Full body strength training workouts means more calories burned in less work time and more lean muscle mass growth activated! Your blood will be rushing across your body, plus you’ll be able to target certain muscle groups multiple times a week. All programs come with 3-5 days of workouts, 1 active recovery day & one true rest day in a week. Work time varies from 27-60 minutes.
We focus on the 3 primary training phases of the Performance Training Cycle that professional trainers and coaches utilize to produce radical transformations in less than half the time of the average person! The first weeks of any of our programs focus on exposing your weakest areas, bringing your body into balance, and preparing your joints for the upcoming weeks. In the final weeks of any given training program, we will strategically introduce you to more advanced resistance training exercises that utilize the natural functions of your musculoskeletal anatomy to target more muscle tissue, appropriately stimulate them to grow firmer, leaner, and stronger.
We include a progression and regression (how to make the training movement easier or harder) for every single exercise as well as instructional guides and voice-over coaching commands. Every measure to make this program customizable to your fitness level and desired results has been implemented! Everything can be tailored to your own personal goals!

App issues
Started with the free trial and the app wouldn’t get past the subscribe page. I tried to click free trial again and it auto enrolled me in the more expensive plan once my free trial ended without the option to downgrade. Closed out the app, restarted my phone, and even waited a day and repeated to see if it was delayed to access but unfortunately could never get past the subscribe page to use the free trial.
