Why daily to-do list?
Being able to reduce anxiety is an important part of a balanced life. Organizing your schedule with a to-do list can improve your mental health by resolving uncertainty and allowing you to see all the activities you plan to accomplish throughout the day. The act of completing tasks can also provide an ego boost, reassuring you of your capabilities. The satisfaction of checking a task off your list and moving toward a new goal can increase your self-confidence. Having higher self-esteem can improve your overall mental health and provide a better outlook on life.

What is a short-term goal?
A short-term goal is a goal that you want to complete in the near future, such as within the next week or the next month. These are often stepping stones towards larger goals, though not always. You can also use short-term goals to take action on smaller projects or ideas. As a result, short-term goals tend to be easier to achieve.

What is a long-term goal?
A long-term goal is a goal you want to accomplish in the future. Often, they are objectives tied to succeeding in your professional or personal life. Completing long-term goals may take several years, but typically you won’t be working on them your entire life.
