LAFH Assist is a full-featured tool enabling LA Family Housing employees and volunteers to report facility and maintenance issues directly to LA Family Housing Administration. With LAFH Assist, staff can now report service requests straight from a desktop or mobile device, while maintenance teams scan view, track, and resolve issues in real-time. Service requests reported from the portal are automatically sent to NEXGEN and routed to the appropriate maintenance team. Most importantly, staff are updated throughout the lifecycle of their service request. Allowing you to provide up-to-date information to your residents and guests.
