I love the concept of the app, but as a professional cleaner who uses it in slow times could use some improvements, like up charge for deep cleanings & declutter. A location button in the app settings so I can check in, live cleaner support team, higher pay for cleaning jobs. Cleaning is hard labor & when done correctly can take time, it would be nice to be paid correctly for it. Lastly an option for the client to tip, unsure if this one is already a feature.

Cons
The app itself runs smoothly but there are a lot of downsides to it. First of all, the fees for instant pay are way too high. & if someone tips you it takes way too long to process onto your card. Worst of all, you never know what you are walking into. I’ve had very dirty homes who did not book the right thing & try to pay very little for the work they expect to be done. It’s usually a total waste of my time. Homeaglow should make them upload pictures and not let them book standard cleanings for something that looks way beyond a standard cleaning. Also, customer support SUCKS! They take forever to get back to you, or sometimes never do. I only use this app for quick money, even though it’s not the best pay.
