- Ordering: create an order for multiple customers with products from multiple wholesalers.
- Invoicing: create an invoice for the customer useful for instructions, and create invoices for every wholesaler with a click.
- Accounting: Generate monthly and yearly reports for tax filing. Automatically apply discounts, shipping, and sales tax to orders. Automatically calculate wholesale and retail pricing.
First, enter your business' name and optionally supply a billing address and/or email address.
Second, create a list of your customers. Specify any discounts that each customer receives for products or shipping. Optionally, enter any sales tax information for each customer's address.
Third, create a list of wholesale businesses. Specify how each business calculates the product retail price for that business; for instance, simply charge your customers the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Additionally, pass the wholesaler's shipping price to your customers, or feel free to specify your own unique shipping calculation.
Fourth, create a list of the wholesaler products. Each product is associated with a business, so its retail price is automatically calculated by how you set up the business. If available, import a product catalog as a JSON file within the menu.
Fifth, create an order from the available products for the available customers. The order will automatically calculate retail prices, shipping, and taxes based on how you set up the businesses and customers.
Sixth, view the invoices generated for the customer and the invoices generated for each wholesaler. Email these invoices to the wholesalers and/or the customer.
Finally, export orders as a comma separated value (CSV) table by year and month within the menu for tax reporting.
You no longer need to duplicate work between ordering, invoicing, instructing, and accounting!
