Bodied is a 50 minute full body workout that incorporates 3 elements of fitness: strength training, step aerobics and stability work. These 3 are combined in a new and unique way that delivers a sweat-dripping and heart-pumping workout that will leave you craving more. All Bodied classes are set to inspirational, intentional and upbeat playlists designed to get you out of your head and into the moment. Classes are curated by knowledgeable and motivational instructors who are there to guide you outside of your comfort zone. Bodied provides all equipment you will need for class so all you have to do is show up and show out.
