Created in 2019 in Liège, Apperitivo was born out of the desire to promote zythology and give it back its letters of nobility.
It is this ambition to democratise zythology to bring it up to the level of oenology that pushed David Iachetta, a gamification and beerology enthusiast, to organise, despite the pandemic, the first virtual tasting workshops in 2020, with the help of certified and recognised zythologists and brewers from the region.
These tasting workshops are the very heart of the Apperitivo concept. Moments of sharing and discovery, during which craft beer, its manufacturing secrets, its aromas and subtleties are highlighted.
At a time when the world is gradually returning to a more convivial atmosphere, Apperitivo is training its first zythologists and launching its zythology workshops in early 2022.
Whether you are a beginner, an enthusiast or a curious person, these workshops have one and the same objective: to make you have a good time and to pass on a little of our Belgian pride.
