About SNEQ
SNEQ (Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Quiet Time) is a health program designed for kids ages 2 to 13.
At SNEQ, we noticed that there has been an excessive focus on disorders we could see, such as obesity, and a lack of focus on disorders we could not, such as anxiety. Our solution is to break down health into 4 manageable categories and aid in creating healthy habits from a young age. So, we've created an app to do just that.
