About dataworkers
The Data Workers Inc. is an American software company based in the state of Nevada, specialize in property management software. The software provides property management company the need for accounting function, rent collection, accounts payable, maintenance requests.
We are now moving to develop an APP to further support and streamline maintenance requests and rental collection.
The current APP submitted to Apple store is focusing on maintenance requests, Property Management Company will have better documentation, better scheduling for repair requests, ensure quality of repair works.
For example:
Users can take pictures of repair needed like roof leaks, gardening attention, peeling paint, clogged sink, broken windows, need for replace of water heater, replacement of light bulbs etc.
There are 3 main tier of users:
1. Property Managers – Whom will approve or reject repair requests that coming in from Tenants, and 3rd party maintenance workers.
2. 3rd party vendors, general contractors, plumbers, electricians, and handyman etc.These are vendors whom we hire or interested in working for the property management company will download the APP to manage their repair process, taking photos, provides pricing proposal, and get rating on their quality of works from Tenant, and mangers.
3. Tenant – These are existing tenants whom are renting from a property management company. They create their user log-in by downloading the APP, put-in a verification number to confirm they are current tenant and in the system.
