The Eaton Remote Monitoring app, part of the Brightlayer Software Suites and enabled by the Brightlayer platform, monitors select Eaton network-connected devices plus an expanding family of connected Eaton components.
The app notifies you via alarms and events (e-mail, SMS, and Push notifications) when the status of a monitored Eaton device or connected component changes its' operational state that is powering your Data Center, Industrial or any other various sites and locations.
The Remote Monitoring app can scale to meet your needs-whether you have hundreds to thousands of digitally connected devices installed across tens to hundreds of locations or whether you are an OEM monitoring machines shipped across regions or around the world.

Can’t configure basic network info on the web client and now the app doesn’t work. UPS basically useless. Needs regular snmp capable network card to self host

The app needs a refresh, it doesn’t seem like notifications work, either push, text or email.
