Plan your workouts using the calendar, record your results, make changes. Click on a specific date to view your personal workout plan with detailed information: which muscle group to exercise, number of sets and reps, and weight.
Workout descriptions
Create your own workouts, edit and delete unnecessary exercises. Use ready-made templates or come up with your own, record it in a format that is convenient for you. Writing down previous exercises maximally simplifies the planning process.

Plan each exercise and record the weights, repetitions and sets. Use the analytics to track your progress - see your progress in green with a + sign.
Calendar
View all the details of your training sessions in the calendar. View the exercises you have to do as well as your previous workouts. With this information, you will be able to plan all subsequent workouts promptly.
Statistics: Keep track of your progress
Enter an exercise in the search field and you get all the information you need: when, with what weight and how many repetitions you performed. Thanks to the stats graph that shows your results in green and red and the numbers in percentages, you'll be able to analyze your training.
