My employer failed to train me and I still have to face the consequences. I completed a trip that’s was over 640 miles driving. got the customers to sign electronically but my job deducted $75 because it wasn’t on paper. I informed him that all my prior trips went well and he told me he let me slide. How can I know you let me know slide if you never told me I performed a task wrong
