Great app horrible customer service
So I’ve been using this app since June. Part of the process is to get verified by taking a picture of your passport and then taking a selfie. You have to do this in order to complete the entry and departure requirements for customs. Since June I have tried two different passports (1st one expired) and probably 20 times. I’ve been in and out of the Philippines 12 times. I have made sure all my information is correct and that the pictures are clear. I’ve emailed the customer support multiple times and have not received any response from them. I keep getting the same email saying that the information is either incorrect or incomplete and to email support if there are any questions. The only good thing is that you can complete the questionnaire after sending in your pictures. So what is the point of getting verification if you don’t verify the person asking for verification? What’s is the point of giving an email address to contact if no one is responding to the emails sent to them. The idea is great and the app works like it should. The support team is non existent which makes the app less efficient. Fix the verification process and fix the customer support issues.

Return date ?
I went on vacation fr the us to the PI. Then traveled to Singapore stayed for 5days. Going back to the PI, I then filled out an etravel. The departure date which is a required field need to be populated. Here’s where I ran into a problem as to what date to put. I tried 00/00/00 because I don’t have any immediate plans on coming back to Singapore. Leaving it blank doesn’t work either. Can you advise how to fill this field? I ended up filling my return date to the US, which I know is not right. I was able to complete the etravel form. In this instance I think leaving it blank should be enough. Filling in zero’s should indicate there is no return date, or just simply being able to put N/A should be acceptable.
