This app will let you perform sets with a pre fixed tut more easily by counting reps and seconds in each phase of the contraction for you. It will do it both with the change of the color and the change of the sound. Brown = Eccentric, Red = Isometric, Green = Concentric. Set some seconds pre set to position before the set and the app will let you know when to start. If you set all seconds to 0, you will have 2 seconds to perform each rep.
The change order button changes the tut order from Concentric+isometric+eccentric to eccentric+isometric+concentric for exercises like squat or bench press.
By clicking on the button Automatic Rest, seconds of rest will be automatically set to 30s (obviously you can modify it) and after you click Start, when the reps will be 0, the timer will automatically start right after your set with the amount of seconds of rest you have set minus the seconds pre-set you have set!
By clicking on start, the app will save the set with the number of reps and seconds you have chosen.
