Compatibility Issues
I’ve had the HD 450BT headphones for a few years. They’re great, I love them, so my wife bought me the Momentum 4 earbuds for Christmas this year. Near as I can tell, you can’t really use the earbuds without this app. Whatever, that’s fine, the app is laid out nicely and the EQ options seem genuinely helpful so that’s all well and good. My problem is that when I tried to add the HD 450BT to the app, it redirected me to a different, older version of this same app. Why the old app wasn’t updated in a way that would maintain the functionality of older products and show off the capabilities of new ones, I can’t say, but the redundancy is obnoxious and seems avoidable.
