Menopause Wellness Practitioner. I teach ladies how to manage their
peri/post menopause symptoms naturally, by making simple changes to
their diets and lifestyles.
I've created the App as a way of connecting ladies that are going
through this challenging period of their lives. Having a safe space
where you can share your experiences and feel supported is so important.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
