No notification of bus in the selected area

The tracker on my iPhone the majority of the time is inaccurate and does not provide me with the correct information. I have unknown locations, incorrect timings for arrival of the bus. It has truly been very unhelpful. I have to rely on other family members to provide me with the information which we should have the same accuracy
