Hi, Im a personn
Disorganized and overwhelming
It’s great to finally see some sort of tool dedicated to tackling ARFID especially considering how much it’s ruined my life thus far. That said, the structure of the list of foods is incredibly disorganized, and its longevity makes it harder to find anything. Yes there’s a search function, but I myself am trying to fill the list and it’s a mammoth task. I also don’t particularly like the fact that marking a food puts it on the food journal; I think this could be useful to some people but I think this should be optional. Regardless, thanks for making this app because it’s such a valuable resource.

Helpful!
This is so helpful to my dietitian. I forget the foods off the top of my head I would forget to put on my list. As an adult with ARFID plus!
