Ein wenig enttäuschend
Ich finde die Idee einer englisch-deutschen Bibel für digitale Zwecke sehr gut, und als ich diese hier fand, war ich gespannt auf die Ähnlichkeiten zwischen den Texten. Allerdings finden sich im englischen Teil viele alte Schreibweisen, was zwar etwas seltsam ist, aber sicher nicht das Schlimmste, da die Bibel immer noch lesbar ist. Was mir nicht gefällt, sind die ständigen Rechtschreibfehler in der englischen Übersetzung, die zwar verzeihlich wären, aber so häufig sind, dass sie den Originaltext verfälschen. Beispiel unten: "That, I say, which wee haue seene and heard, declare wee vnto you, that yee may also haue fellowship with vs, and that our fellowship also may be with the Father, and with his Sonne Iesvs Christ."
