This app allows users to hit optimal squat depth with real-time feedback. The app will vibrate or create a sound when the lifter passes below a set angle. The app will be utilized with the Depth Checker Phone Holder which will attach the phone to a fixed position on the lifter's quad. The Depth Checker Phone Holder is linked within the app. The app itself is completely free and offers a variety of sound choices such as counts for paused squats and tempo squats and sustained tones for checking how long the lifter is staying below the set angle. The app background also changes color depending on how close the user is to hitting depth and can be screen recorded if the lifter wishes not to use sound or vibration.
